The psynlig library

This is the documentation for the source code of the psynlig library. Some examples are given here (see the different modules below) and in the example gallery.

psynlig modules

The psynlig package is structured into modules as follows:

• psynlig.colors for generating colors for plots.

• psynlig.common with common methods for the plotting functions.

• psynlig.heatmap for creating annotated heat maps highlighting correlations between variables.

• psynlig.histogram for creating histograms of (possibly labelled) data.

• psynlig.pca for creating plots showing results from principal component analysis.

• psynlig.scatter for creating scatter plots (in 2D and 3D) of (possibly labelled) data.

• psynlig.version with version information about psynlig.
